That is what happens anyway in human society, in the form of conscience, habit, "teh neighbours", etc. but since he is also teh all, it doesn't matter, in the end, it means simply he myust live his life through negotiation and co-operation, based on the simple premise that he may not employ the labour of otehrs to gain personal wealth.
