CAPITALISM IS NOT FAIR!!!

I have just a few questions for all of you:
IS it fair that people are getting denied of proper medical attention due to the income they recieve? Is it fair that small kids, are not getting the treatment needed, the good doctors of the world, JUST because there parents due not get a certain income? PEOPLE ARE DYING DUE TO CAPITALISM!!! IS THIS FAIR?

Is it fair that there is not an equal opportunity? Is is just the luck of the birth? You have a 50/50 chance of being successfull, living comfortably? Its just where you are born, the luck of the draw.
I am sorry.. but i have MAJOR problems with this.. Due to capitalism, it has SPLIT the WORLD!!!
Somebody give me a response, i need to be humored =)
