- It is the duty of all socialists and men and women of goodwill to attempt to promote sociability, self-government, self-reliance, honesty, duty and tolerance.
- It is the duty of all socialists and men and women of goodwill to understand laziness but not excuse it.
- It is the duty of all socialists and men and women of goodwill to be uncompromisingly hostile to the ruling class and the church.
- It is the duty of all socialists and men and women of goodwill to seek a productive system that approximates towards workers control/self-management/anti-authoritarian management and a political system that approximates towards government by local committees, mass assembly and federation.
- Leadership must be expendible.
