Are people being called fascists here because people seriously think them to be fascists; or are they being called fascists as a "you think this, therefore you might as well be a fascist!" type of argument?
The second seems to be more the case here.
All the same, point. Please, people, stop calling other people here fascists or liberals unless you're prepared to say exactly what you mean by it; let Godwin's Law apply henceforth here; since the accusation of "fascist" immediately brings the red mist to people's eyes; thus hindering useful debate. After all, we are ultimately here for useful (and hopefully even constructive) debate...
