Explotation of the unwealthy masses

Just a short note to say how l'm feeling about this whole sorry messey business on planet earth!
I've just finished reading the book 'Mclibel' by John Vidal, and what a fasinating eye-opener of a read it was! The issues raised should be of a more prominant feature in all areas and walks of life. I still cannot believe in this day and age with all the resources and technology avaiable to man kind, the greedy 'elite' few still are hell bent on having more than everybody else and want quick instant profits for short term gain, no matter what the consequences may be.(A very narrowed minded attitude these people may hold, have they really considered the direct and indirect effects paticular areas may have on their own little world's and families?!!) Every living thing on this beautiful planet is here for us to look after, so why don't we? We all have our rights although they are becoming few and far between. Lets just hope that our generation and the next will do the right thing and head back to our'Grass roots'and make this place somewhere worth enjoying and remembering. Peace to you all.
