Why I'm jealous of the Israelis

They do mind-, body-, and soul-blowingly good falafels, which are not only vegetarian, but vegan.

I'm deadly jealous of the Israelis because falafel bars there are as numerous (and inexpensive) as McDonalds are here in the U.S. Here, nearly every teenager has Big Mac juices running down his chin; in Israel, all the teens have tahini on their shirts.
