: I recommend Israel, then; it's comparatively easy being vegetarian there; they grow umpteen different sorts of vegetables and, due to the whole kosher business, tend to be pretty good about keeping different sorts of food apart.: They do *mind-blowingly* good salads there.
See that's the thing I've eaten salads that are really, really great, they look smart and taste great and really, really fill you up as well as any big old t-bone would but then if you seriously consider becoming a full time veggie it's like that all the time, all the time with the salads and nothing has the same taste or texture as a charred cow.
Aside from that it's really expensive to be a veggie.
