: What has that to do with nationalism? I dont hear anyone in this debate saying "King and Country" or "Elite and Country/nation" no we'd be more likely to say "common people and country/nation".

Because, going back to the original point, Nikil is defending the positivie aspects of American foriegn policy, aspects which I maintain are exactly based on the same structrues and premises as the atrocities.
