What has that to do with nationalism? I dont hear anyone in this debate saying "King and Country" or "Elite and Country/nation" no we'd be more likely to say "common people and country/nation".
Chauvinism is wrong granted, Nationalism can be Chauvinistic but it doesnt have to be.
