: Seems pretty unambiguous to me; Shaun claimed that no other animals were gay; I provided him with a reference with evidence to the contrary.
Even if animals of the same sex do have sex with each other, so what? Animals do a lot of disgusting things you and I would never do. Monkeys pick bugs off each others bodies and eat them. Animals regularly wallow in thier own filth. Animals eat raw meat. Sometimes they eat thier own feces. Unneutered male dogs hump furniture and people's legs. Perhaps some animals even have gay sex with each other. Does that me it is normal for humans to do all of the things I mentioned? Of course not. I still stand by my original statement that animals can't be gay. I don't think any animals go around saying to themselves "Gee, I prefer the lovin' of another boy monkey to that of a female. I think I will only have sex with other guys" Animals don't have a conscience and they don't know right from wrong. Thier ability to make decisions is tiny compared to ours. We are a little smarter than animals so we should know better.
I'm not trying to insult animals or call them stupid, I'm just saying that some of whats good for them ain't good for us
P.S. I also stand by my statement that people are not born homosexual but they decide for themselves
