The English language has only a half dozen or so swear words, and it amazes me how fast peole have to resort to them. Where is your imagination?
Every night at my old job, I'd get at least one telephone call from some drooling, drunken idiot, telling me how his fucking order is fucking wrong, and this is the third fucking time, and now he's fucking mad. I usually asked how much liquor they had drunk, so he'd curse some more (using pretty much the same words) and hang up. You see, by joining some stranger in a contest about who can use the most swear words, it lowers me (and you) to that level.
Find something physically or mentally wrong with this character, and make fun of it. If you happen to be fluent in another language, that's an even better advantage (you'll be met with, "What the fuck did you just call me?"). Of course, the threat of physical violence usually tips the scales back in my favor.
To conclude: You are probably educated and articulate. Use your mind, and leave the "fucking" to the rest of the world.
