: : See this link for an explanation -- time once again to impeach Clinton, this time for violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution. That is, if anyone is allowed to care.: Micheal Medved read a column written by Tony Snow which was most persuasive. It dealt strictly with the constitutional aspect of this war. I've never heard it put so well. I'll try to find it on the web and provide a link. At any rate, Clinton has no regard for law
SDF: It's likely that Clinton respects one, and only one, "law" in this case -- it's Appendix B of the Rambouillet ultimatum -- either Milosevic must sign and let NATO roam free throughout Yugoslavia (i.e. he must surrender), or the bombing will continue. The end will doubtless be like the final scene in "Spartacus," with the enemy nailed up on crosses all along the Appian Way or its Belgrade equivalent...
: and Republicans are offering no leadership to stop him.
SDF: Oh, but they refused a declaration of war... the problem is not that Republicans offer no anti-Clinton leadership, it's that it's all based on envy, they want their White House back. Republicans have no antiwar principles, in fact they love wars and are willing to adopt any corporate-media excuses in order to fight them.
: The concept of opposition to ANY military action is lost after the pain of the Vietnam conflict.
SDF: Clinton has no principles, anyone can see that...
None.
