: See this link for an explanation -- time once again to impeach Clinton, this time for violation of his oath to uphold the Constitution. That is, if anyone is allowed to care. Micheal Medved read a column written by Tony Snow which was most persuasive. It dealt strictly with the constitutional aspect of this war. I've never heard it put so well. I'll try to find it on the web and provide a link. At any rate, Clinton has no regard for law and Republicans are offering no leadership to stop him. The concept of opposition to ANY military action is lost after the pain of the Vietnam conflict. Our Constitution must rank as one of the most wonderful works of mankind. A mere 40 pages of writing has codified freedom and democracy into a form of self government. If we revere and respect the document and the wisdom that was employed in writing it, we must cry at the feebleness of the men who administer it today. Mass media may have made losers of us all.
