Laws are the bottom line...

Legality is the only issue if right and wrong are subject to moral relativism, Kevin. I cement my position mostly on the Bible which is an unchanging standard and set apart from my opinion. All the things you mention (incidiously and contemptuously linking man's depravity with meat eating) are not right according to the Bible but their legality can be established by majority opinion.

I do not wish your opinions on meat consumption ever to be held by a majority. I revere freedom. If secular law finds its way into my diet I will rebel.
