I just got through reading the IMPOSSIBLE COUNTRY by Brain Hall also and I really recommend it. Anyways, what I really wanted to impart was through this bit from my first posting "The Bacvka went to Hungary, Macedonia to Bulgaria, and the historic plain of Kosovo to the Albanians."
I find it to be eerily similar to what the United States intends to do.
