: I hope free speech is possible on this subject. I regard homosexuality a not only a sin but a perversion too. I object strongly to the growing publicity given to it's supporters, who are trying to convince the public that it is a normal lifestyle. It isn't. If more people had the courage to stand up to the gay mafia that infest our media then perhaps we could turn the tide. I strongly believe that most normal people agree with me but do not dare speak out in public. I'm not going to take part in this particular debate, as it's not my part to take sides here, but I cannot moderate your message without saying that I find your opinions pretty repugnant and believe that what most people *really* think is that what people get up to in private is entirely their own business.
I agree with the first poster in that homosexuality is disgusting and a perverted lifestyle, and it is certainly not normal and it is NOT how God created you. However, I also agree with McSpot's last statement that what people do in private is thier own business (unless laws are broken). My main problem with gay people is not that thier gay, because personally, I don't care one way or the other what your sins are, but that they have to shove it down other peoples throats. If your gay, fine-keep it behind closed doors. But there is no need for people of the same sex to show thier affections for each other in public. If you want to be gay (a popular misconception is that gay people are born that way) then you should do it in private. I don't think any less of gay people, I just believe they are making a terrible decision.
One thing thing that I totally abhor is when gay couples adopt children, or when gay couples living together are open to thier kids about it. When a gay couple is open about thier sexuality to thier children, it is one of the most selfish, perverted and destructive things you can do to a child for these reasons:
1) It gives the impression to the child that this lifestyle is normal and acceptable, thus providing the kid another option on how he/she can live his/her life
2)Any child whose parent is openly gay is undoubtedly going to be taunted, picked on and beat up for the decision the parent made. It isn't fair to put a young child through a living hell because the parents feel like being gay
Marraige should, and must always be considered a union strictly for a man and a woman. Homosexuality is not normal, it is something people choose for themselves. No animals can be gay, there's proof right there that it isn't natural. Only humans, the only creatures who think for themselves and weigh the consequences of thier actions can be gay. If all people were gay we would become extinct
