AGREED! In regards to that particuar post, it seems a great contradiction, since it states that God put other animals here for us! HA! well I happen to enjoy the great pleasure of going to the zoo every week and spending hours upon hours with orangutans and gorillas whom I regard as friends, and I have found their behavior is most often much more dignified than the human observers! I would never in a thousand years be so arrogant as to think they were here for me!but I digress.
I don't happen to be christian but I derive as much and often it seems more pleasure from living a simple life(simple by western standards that is)than many people I know regardless of faith. Happiness is a state of mind, like everything else. To me the fact of simply being alive is amazing enough in itself.
