I'd love to dissagree with you, but I can't. You see I live in the U.S.where reliable, relevant, critical information regarding international events is a comodity at best and, at times, almost non-existent. As far I know, or anybody over here knows, two inferior races of badly dressed fanatics have been at war because they don't like each others looks, period. To ask me, as an American, what I think about this situation is an act of complete and utter futility. All I know (all I CAN now) is that the we (the U.S.) are the divinely appointed angelic saviors of the world, and the only reason anything bad happens anywhere is because our guiltless, humanitarian military complex isn't there to stop it.

From TV and newspapers, we learn about new Hitlers everyday over here, so throwing one more on the pile doesn't cause us much alarm. We've got a whole world full of Hitlers to deal with ALREADY. It doesn't take much to get on the list. Just disagree with us about something and watch how fast you become Hitler number 157.

My advice to you would be to stop worrying about the Serbs, or whoever, and start watching more TV. It gives you this nice blank feeling you can sink deep down into, and soon, the killing won't look like killing anymore, it will look like just another form of good old family entertainment.
