PAUL MARTIN GRAVETT (continued)
Cross-examined by MR. RAMPTON

MR. MORRIS: Can I just say, I have just served the statement of
Dr. Barnard that I said that we had.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, very well.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I will not say anything about that until
I have seen it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, there is no harm in me reading it
anyway.

MR. RAMPTON: No, I do not mind if your Lordship reads it.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I may not look at it before we adjourn
today. I will certainly look at it overnight.

MR. RAMPTON: Mr. Gravett, one of the topics that I was asking
you about yesterday was the 1989 anti-McDonald's fayre and
the availability of the anti-McDonald's fact sheet on that
occasion.
A. Yes.

Q. In essence, I think your evidence was you did not take any,
and, if there were some, you did not think there would be
very many. Is that right?
A. Yes, I would say that is pretty much correct.

Q. Is that right?
A. Yes, because there were not many available then left in
the office.

Q. That is right, and you also said that the same applied to
the 1989, 16th October demonstration at East Finchley,
there were not very many and you did not take any to the
demonstration itself?
A. Yes. To the best of my knowledge, I cannot remember
ever seeing a copy on the demonstration.

Q. Can I ask you to look at a couple of documents please? My
Lord, the defendants have inspected these.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: That is the first one. I am sorry about that.
(Same handed)
A. Yes.

Q. That is the programme for the 1989 anti-McDonald's fayre,
is it not, the original?
A. Yes.

Q. I do not know if your Lordship has actually seen that.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Was it not in the bundle ahead of the
document you were taking Mr. Gravett through yesterday?
