       sent them. Yes.

MS. STEEL: If we move on -- could we get the fifth affidavit
       of Mr. Nicholson?

THE WITNESS: Can you help me where to look for it?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: They are bright green bundles. I am not sure
       whether they are there.

MS. STEEL: The other thing I wanted to refer it is a document
disclosed since Mr. Nicholson left the witness box, which
is the McDonald's Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual
       of 1991.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Does someone have a copy of Mr. Nicholson's
affidavit bundle? It is green, like that, in my case.
I do not think -- it is not behind the witness; it is not
       there.

MR. RAMPTON: We are seeing to it, my Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Borrow mine. It was sworn on
15th December 1994. Is that the one -- at the very top
right-hand corner of the front page.

MS. STEEL: Yes, it is the right one. Mine says the 14th. Did
you say the 14th or the 15th? 14th. But I am sure it is
       the same one.

THE WITNESS: This is dated the 15th.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Put what you want to put in relation to it,
and if it is different then we will have to sort it out.

MS. STEEL: OK. Yes. I do not know whether -- I did ask for
another document as well, which was the McDonald's
Personnel and Policies and Procedures Manual for 1991.
I do not know where that is. It was disclosed within the
       last year.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do we have that? Has it gone into a bundle?

THE WITNESS: My Lord, this one is dated 14th December. It
seems thicker than the one you handed me.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Well, the reason is Ms. Steel said it was the
sixth one, so I handed you the sixth one. The fifth is
       14th December.

MS. STEEL: Did I say it was the sixth one?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I thought you did. I may have misheard. It
is the fifth affidavit, and it is dated 14th December.

MS. STEEL: Yes. Then have we got the Personnel Policies and
       Procedures Manual.

MR. RAMPTON: The only way Mrs. Brinley-Codd can trace that if
       Ms. Steel tells her -----
