         dozen sheets from the end of AF5.  It is 6 sheets from the

    23        A.  That is, in fact, the demographic data for the Taylor
    24        Nelson data that was originally AF1 and relates to the
    25        Taylor Nelson questionnaire, which is in the same section,
    26        started at the same section.

    29        the application of the questionnaire; is that right?

    33        A.  It goes with AF5 and the questionnaire that starts with
    34        'ask four men and four women only'.
