     3        and Mr. Atherton plus Mr. Andy Taylor and Mr. Tim Taylor.
     4        So that is four of them and one of you, is it not?
     5        A.  The meeting at the drive through, Tim Taylor was not
     6        there.  It was the person above John Atherton who was at
     7        that one.  The meeting with Tim Taylor was conducted at the
     8        High Street restaurant.

    10   Q.   There is a meeting, at any rate, with four people from
    11        McDonald's and yourself at the drive through; is that
    12        right?
    13        A.  Three people and myself, four in total.

    15   Q.   All right.  I do not mind, four in total, but certainly
    16        Mr. Andy Taylor and Mr. John Atherton?
    17        A.  Andy Taylor was not present at that meeting.

    23        A.  Sorry.  At the drive through meeting, it was Mr. John
    24        Atherton, myself, Neil Skehel and whoever it was, I cannot
    25        remember the name of the Supervisor above John Atherton, he
    26        was at that meeting.  I cannot remember what his name was.
    27        He used to be in the training department.  I remember that,
    28        but I cannot remember what his name was.

    31        You say there was a meeting, three meetings, first of all,
    32        Neil Skehel, John Atherton and yourself?
    33        A.  Which was held at Colchester store.

    35   Q.   Then there was one, Neil Skehel, John Atherton, yourself
    36        and the Supervisor above John Atherton at the drive
    37        through?
    38        A.  At the drive through restaurant.

         A.  There was another meeting held at the Colchester store
    42        in which Tim Taylor was there and I believe Andy Taylor was
    43        there as well.  I know Tim Taylor was definitely there.  I
    44        might be confusing the two together.

    47        A.  Neil Skehel was at the restaurant and, I believe, John
    48        Atherton was there, although most of the time I was seen by
    49        Tim Taylor alone in the training room.

    52        meeting attended by Andy Taylor; at the moment it is very 
    53        foggy.
    54        A.  I am getting confused now between Andy Taylor and Tim
    55        Taylor as I am standing up here so ......

    58        A.  My memory says yes, but I cannot definitely confirm
