MS. STEEL: Sorry, if I could just say that the Plaintiffs --
well, I would just like to know whether the personnel file
was being kept at Head Office or whether this was at the
Colchester Store, because we were told that no documents
were, of any relevance were in existence any longer.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I am not going to enter into a debate. It is
not really for me. I have only entered into debates like
this which have occurred from time to time to try and help
because you are representing yourselves. You have been
told that all the documents have come from Mr. Coton's
personnel file. If you want to pursue it any further, if
you think that there is some important point on it, you can
ask any witness who is called in the future whom you think
may be able to help in relation to it and you can mount any
argument which you want to at the end of the day if you
think it will help me decide some issue in the case which
is important to you in your favour.

We will adjourn now and resume at 10.30 on Monday with
