     3   MR. MORRIS:  What I propose to do is call our witness.  Did you
     4        get the documents that she brought with her?

     6   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I have got something in front of me here,

     9   MR. MORRIS:  Shall I say what they are?

    11   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Yes.

    13   MR. MORRIS:  The first one is a leaflet by the intervenors in
    14        the run up to the vote on 24th February.

    16   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Yes.

    18   MR. MORRIS:  The second one is the text of the cartoon, poster,
    19        put up by management.  I have an original copy of that.
    20        You will see it.  The third one is the "What is a union
         contract", the leaflet put out by the union in the lead up
    22        to the vote, which all the workers were given a copy of,
    23        apparently; that is my understanding.  They could be put in
    24        Miss Inglis' statement.

    26   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  You are suggesting that those go behind
    27        Miss Inglis' article, are you, in the bundle?

    29   MR. MORRIS:  Yes.  Effectively, she has two statements; her
    30        second one is the article.

         read.

    51   MR. RAMPTON:  My Lord, I have a problem about, I think it is 
    52        Gerald Henderson, because it looks as though there is a 
    53        piece of -- if I can find it now; I have not got it here,
    54        if somebody can give me a copy.  But it looks as though it
    55        is hearsay.  In the second paragraph, third sentence, he
    56        says: "Very questionable tactics were used, such as threats
    57        of firings if you voted for the union or that life was
    58        going to be rough if you voted yes.  Several good friends
    59        of mine were intimidated in such a manner as mentioned
    60        above."
