       A. Yes, about £58 or so.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: That is at General Foods?
       A. Yes, General Foods, your Lordship, yes.

MR. MORRIS: We will come to your time with McDonald's in a
minute. After you left McDonald's, what did you do?
       A. I went back to study as an environment -- I became
qualified then as an Environmental Health Officer, after a
       three year course.

  Q. Have you worked as an Environmental Health Officer ever
       since?
       A. Yes, I have, just as -- well, I had a few breaks where
I did voluntary work in Thailand and Nepal.

  Q. Thailand and Nepal?
       A. Yes, and Central America.

  Q. But, apart from that period abroad, you have worked as an
       Environmental Health Officer?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Just out of interest, does that include inspections of work
       premises?
       A. Yes, we did. Our jobs varied initially. It is more
specialised these days, but we used to do food hygiene, we
would do some industrial labour enforcement, and we would
also do allocation of housing. We would, what would you
say -- I cannot think of the word now.

  Q. Monitor?
       A. Assess -- assess people. Sorry.

  Q. Going back to your time with McDonald's -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Do you want to aver the letters, because
I would like you to -- well, do that first, and then
I would like you to help me with the bottom of one page
which is cut off in my copy.

  MR. MORRIS: OK.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have two letters: one 28th June 1993, and
       one 2nd July 1993.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. Maybe it would help if you get those from the
       volume behind you.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Pale blue III on the very top, please,
       Mr. Mrozek, divider 5.
       A. Yes.

MR. MORRIS: What is the first one dated in your file?
       A. Pardon?

  Q. What is the date of the first one?
       A. 28th June.

  Q. Is that three pages long?
