19 remember getting any communication from McDonald's at all
20 offering you any other position?
21 A. I got no communication in terms of a formal letter
22 offering me my job back.

30 longer available came from the union, you said?
31 A. They were told by McDonald's.

34 from the union rather than from McDonald's, as I understand
35 it?
36 A. Yes, but that was confirmed at the Rights
37 Commissioner's hearing when McDonald's said in front of me
38 that my job was no longer available.

48 literally -- he has travelled all night -- Mr. Mrozek,

52 break there; my next question was going to be how long do
53 you want the break to be?

56 can have Mr. Mrozek tomorrow. It looks like from the way
57 today has gone it is likely to be completed in a day.
