     3        reason that it is in there is to try and assert that the
     4        Company was being quite reasonable and the union was
     5        agreeing that they were being reasonable, which is

    16        just leads to this kind of squabble.  In my view, the
    17        Defendants have just cause to complain but, equally, they
    18        will have plenty of time before Mr. Mehigan finishes giving
    19        his evidence to check it through.

    39        A.  My first experience was when I lived in Canada and
    40        I worked for a licensee of McDonald's Corporation in
    41        British Columbia in Vancouver.

    44        A.  That was 1969, I think it was, I joined them as a
    45        trainee manager.  I then -----

    48        A.  I then continued to work for him for approximately two
    49        years, somewhere in that region, and he sold his interest
    50        in his restaurants to McDonald's Corporation; and I then 
    51        continued to work in the business and continued to work for 
    52        McDonald's.

    56        A.  The Canadian subsidiary.
