MR. ATKINSON: I do not know if Mr. Morris wanted to say
anything to your Lordship?

MR. MORRIS: Yes. First of all, we have served a fairly
comprehensive list of documents which you have in the file
in front of you. The others, we searched all our documents
that we had outstanding to try to get it altogether and
serve them. I do not need to really look into it. The
employment one is the smaller section because we have
served most of those before.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. MORRIS: On the subject of documents, it seems to us that
the document that was served last week, the Management and
Crew Scheduling Programme, Mr. Rampton said there were some
charts missing. It seems that the charts that are missing
or chart missing, whatever, is a crucial document, and you
cannot really waste any questions on this document without
seeing that document, that chart which -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Did I have a copy which I stowed away
somewhere?

MR. RAMPTON: I did hand one up, my Lord, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where was it put?

MR. RAMPTON: Someone might well have stowed it. Pink volume
XI, my Lord, section A, tab 10B. There is one document
which I should mention that I could not find in the body of
the text which is something that was a plan showing the
position of crew. Quite why it is so crucial to
understanding these documents, I do not understand, but I
have no doubt a copy can be -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You had better take me to the part you are
referring to, Mr. Morris.

MR. MORRIS: Yes. We are just trying to find where the
reference is, because there are a number of things that,
I think, are not part of it. I find it quite hard to
understand because the numbering system has been
rearranged. Just bear with me. I will get confused
between unit producing schedules and non-unit producing
schedules. It seems to me there are two; there are the
unit producing scheduling document -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Which page are you looking at?

MR. MORRIS: Page 9 at the top. It says in that box "Available
for breakfast and main menu drive-through and in stores".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Just pause for a moment. Assuming that
Mr. Tindale's evidence-in-chief is very short, how long did
you expect to be cross-examining him for?

MR. MORRIS: We may be finished by lunch-time.
