     6        A.  I know they are put in a box.  The customers can put
     7        them in the box and hand them to the staff and they will
     8        put them in the box for them.

    11        A.  No, I have no idea.  I think they go to the Supervisor
    12        in the store.

    15        A.  No, I know the boxes are there for comments.

    20   Q.   Do people have to tick what they think of the service and
    21        the food?
    22        A.  Yes, that is right.

    25        A.  Yes.

    28        A.  No.  When the customer has given me one to put in,
    29        I have never looked at it.  I have always just put it in
    30        the box.

    33        the first store to do them, or do you think -----
    34        A.  No, no, we was not the first store.

    40        other stores?
    41        A.  Yes, yes.  I heard about that.

    45        A.  No, I think they have done -- I have heard -- I think
    46        they have done it; I do not know if they still do.

    50        A.  Yes.  We heard all about them through the local store
