Day 159 - 20 Jul 95 - Page 15

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: "Hide"?

MR. RAMPTON: "Hide", yes. My Lord, the next one is on page 10,
the paragraph in the middle of the page, second and third
lines, "relating to matters or questions". I believe your
Lordship may have written or said "matters in question".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I think I may have corrected that, but
       thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: The penultimate line of that paragraph, again
I believe your Lordship must have meant Friday 15th, not
       Friday 25th.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, that has been corrected. I did notice
       that, yes, thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: Then, my Lord, on page 12, towards the end of the
first long paragraph, the penultimate sentence: "It is not
unreasonable to expect", your Lordship has here, "the
Plaintiffs", perhaps your Lordship really meant the
       "Defendants".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I did, yes. I think I may have corrected that
       as well.

MR. RAMPTON: It is page 12. It is also "Defendants" in the
       next sentence.

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

MR. RAMPTON: Then a minor one, my Lord, in that at the
beginning of the next paragraph: "The Defendants asked for
further discovery", it should, I think, be "all", not "on
       information".

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I think I have that. Thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, this is becoming a complete nit-picking.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It does not matter. Let us get it right.

MR. RAMPTON: At the bottom of page 15, the words on the
propenultimate line, "in store files" are bracketed by two
"only's", "only in store files only". I do not know which
one your Lordship wants to keep. At the bottom of page 15,
"... will be manually recorded only in store files only"
and I do not know which "only" we should keep.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes. I think I meant both. In other words,
it is manual recording only in store files only.

MR. RAMPTON: I am so sorry. Yes, quite. Can I put a comma
after the first "only" and after the second one?

  MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes.

  MR. RAMPTON: I follow.
