Day 123 - 09 May 95 - Page 25
Q. Is Annis a woman?
A. Yes.

Q. I am not familiar with all American forenames, although I
suppose Annis is international?
A. Lynn Crump is African/American and Gloria Santona is
Hispanic, Ed Sanchez is Hispanic.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Did you say Crook?
A. Santona was the last one I mentioned; Gloria Santona is
Hispanic.

Q. And the one you mentioned before that?
A. Sanchez.

MR. RAMPTON: No, my Lord, I think it was Lynn Crump.

THE WITNESS: Crump, I am sorry, yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Where do I find Lynn Crump?
A. Assistant Vice President. She is presently a Regional
Vice President but, as of this report, she is Assistant
Vice President.

Q. But is she black?
A. Yes, she is.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: There we are.

THE WITNESS: I believe you asked a question about the directors
we have?

MS. STEEL: Yes. Obviously, we have to do that separately but
just do the same.
A. OK. We have one black or African/American on the
Board, myself and Terry Savage is a woman.

Q. Where is?
A. And Honorary Director is June Martino.

Q. She was Mr. Kroc's secretary; is that right?
A. That is correct.

Q. Is that why she is an Honorary Director?
A. I do not know -- that is not the reason why she was an
Honorary Director, just because she was secretary.

Q. No, but she was in with the Company when it first started?
A. Yes, she was part of the beginnings of the Company.

MR. MORRIS: I have one more question today about employment,
that is, dishonesty amongst crew. What is the Company's
attitude to dishonesty amongst workers, amongst its
workforce?
A. In general?

Q. Yes.
A. It depends upon the nature of the offence what steps
would be taken. Obviously, you know, if a person absconded
with funds there would be certain rather strong penalties
