Day 123 - 09 May 95 - Page 24

       would be the only woman.  There are two besides myself;
Raymond Mines, he is also black.

  Q. Then the Regional Vice Presidents, they are in alphabetical
       order which helps?
       A. OK. Annis Alston, Claire Babrowski -- this is as of
1992; there have been substantial changes since 1992, this
is somewhat dated -- Pat Isaacs, Glenn Kikuchi, Ed Sanchez,
       Sandra Thomas.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Sorry, after Mr. Kikuchi -- Mr. Kikuchi is
       black, is he?
       A. No, Asian. Ed Sanchez, Sandra Thomas and then we have
Bonnie Kos, Sharon Vuinovich, Monica Boyles, Lynn Crump,
Kramer -- Jan Kramer I do not see on here; she should be on
       here -- Linda Kravitz.

MS. STEEL: What you just said about Kramer, there is a James
       Kramer there?
       A. Yes, it should be Jan Kramer I believe who is Assistant
       VP.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: It should be? What were you saying about
       Mr. Kramer?
       A. There is a Jan Kramer that is an Assistant VP, as
I recall. She is not on this list.

  MS. STEEL: In 1992?
       A. It seems to me she should have been; I could be wrong
on that, she is now. Gloria Santona -- I might indicate to
the court that the information that I provided the court
was based on information or the statistics that I recall as
of July 1994. So, this information you are looking at is
as of 1992 and the information that I gave you, I think,
reflected a number of changes that had taken place over the
past couple of years. Those statistics are of -----

MS. STEEL: Was that a continuing trend? I mean, as at the
position in 1989/90, would there have been less women and
       ethnic minorities?
       A. Yes, so there has been continued progress.

  Q. Can you just do the same for directors?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have 11 women and five ethnic minorities.
       A. Now, when you say five ---

  Q. Yes.
       A. -- counting both columns?

  Q. Yes, yourself, Mr. Mines?
       A. It should be more than that. Let us see.

  Q. Mr. Kikuchi, Mr. Sanchez?
       A. Annis Alston, Pat Isaacs -- Annis Alston, Patricia
       Isaacs.

  Q. But is Patricia Isaacs black as well?
       A. Yes, she is black and Annis Alston is black as well.
