     2        you have 16 directors plus one honorary director?
     3        A.  I think you are duplicating some of those, the top
     4        management team, some of the officers you are duplicating.

     7        directors?
     8        A.  When you say "directors", some of the directors are
     9        counted in the top management team, and officers, some
    10        would be part of the top management team.

    13        management team and the Regional Vice Presidents, Vice
    14        Presidents and Assistant Vice Presidents, would there?
    15        A.  No, there should not be, no.

         important it is, but since we have figures which were on
    22        the transcript of the last occasion, and Ms. Steel has
    23        reason to query whether they are right, I think we should
    24        get them right.

    26        my percentages are pretty correct, though, as far as women
    27        are concerned, the percentage for women, and also for
    28        African/American.
