    16        A.  Oh, yes, but they are updated quite frequently, so
    17        I cannot identify that video.

    19   Q.   But all workers do get to see an official company video on
    20        their first day?
         A.  Yes, every one -- I would not say it was always on the
    22        first day but very early in their -- I think crew people
    23        get shown it on their first day because they are a
    24        different video, but staff at Head Office would see a
    25        different video appropriate to Head Office work.

    27   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  Absolutely everyone, are you saying, in
    28        McDonald's works one day in a store?  Do Head Office
    29        clerical staff and people like that?
    30        A.  Yes, one day we have what we call Founder's Day.  It
    31        commemorates the death of Ray Kroc and everyone, apart from
    32        the odd few receptionists who have to man the telephones at
    33        Head Office, everyone, including all of our suppliers and
    34        everyone who serves us in any way or services us in any
    35        way, spends a day in store.

         press, let alone find the food and so on.
    42        A.  Yes, it is fairly chaotic, my Lord.  It is a fun day.
