     5        chronology of the issues in this case.  The reason
     6        I mention focusing on what you want to ask him about, is
     7        I do not really -- Mr. Nicholson, by all means make notes
     8        if you want to.  What I suggest, Mr. Morris and Ms. Steel,
     9        if Ms. Steel is going to ask questions as well, if you have
    10        not made notes of the particular things shown on the film
    11        that you want to ask Mr. Nicholson about, you do it as well
    12        as we go through.

    20        list.  It is in bundle IV of our list of documents.  It may
         be worth having that to clarify any  .....

    31        window shines directly on the screen for us.  It makes it
    32        difficult for us to see it.  I do not know if there is any
    33        way of dealing with that?

    36        not come and sit somewhere else because if we are going to
    37        see it, going to go right through, anyone can sit anywhere
    38        they like, as far as I am concerned.
