Day 109 - 28 Mar 95 - Page 11
Q. I do not know where this paper has been put, it was
referred to during -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I remember there was one paper. I think you
have to refer me to these if you want to drive the point
home, because one cannot recall all the papers one has
seen. I recall something about the current which
Mr. Gregory had contributed to. I know that there was a
paper which he wrote on the basis of a previous visit which
he had to Sun Valley. But if Mrs. Druce may be referring
to some different paper or papers by Mr. Gregory ---
A. Well .....

Q. -- representing yourself, though you are, you have to bring
it out to me in some way or another.

MS. STEEL: Yes, I have a copy of it here, but I do not know
where -- it was served during Dr. Gregory's evidence, but
I do not know where it has been put. It is "Effect of
Stunning on Spontaneous Physical Activity and Evoked
Activity in the Brain".

MR. RAMPTON: Your Honour should find that at Q at orange V, if
it is the 1989 paper.

MS. STEEL: No, it is 1990.

MR. RAMPTON: Received for publication April 1989.

MS. STEEL: Yes, that is the right one. (To the witness): Do
you have a copy of that one?
A. Did you say April 1985?

Q. April 1989.
A. No, I have an earlier one of a similar type.

Q. If you look in the orange bundle -----

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Orange V, please, Mrs. Druce, thank you.

MR. RAMPTON: There were three things, only one of them by
Dr. Gregory, my Lord. I have put Dr. Gregory's paper first
after Q.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I have one of them twice right at the back.

MR. RAMPTON: The paper in question is by Gregory and Wotton, my
Lord.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: I would like you to pause a moment.

MS. STEEL: On page 219 of that paper.

MR. RAMPTON: Does your Lordship have it?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, I do. I have more than one copy of it.

MS. STEEL: Do you want to refer to the ------
A. Yes, "... with currents less than" -- it is in under
"Discussion" on page 219.
