3 MR. JUSTICE BELL: I start by handing down a ruling which has
4 been typed out. I am not inviting any consequential
5 discussion at this moment -- that can be picked up later --
6 but the formality of saying that it is now handed down.

8 MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, there are some things arising out of it
9 which I shall need to tell your Lordship about in due
10 course.

12 MR. MORRIS: It may be we were sort of hoping there could be a
13 period set aside, maybe on Wednesday or something, to deal
14 with the legal matters.

17 progress with the cross-examination of Dr. Gomez Gonzalez,
18 we may well have some time during the week.

35 A. Not direct, no. I visit others but not our suppliers.

38 A. I do not know.

44 A. We have Rose Packing -- pork?

53 A. Oh, sorry, there is a new supplier that we are
54 developing for bacon which is Osi and Schriver which are
55 being tested right now.
