Day 065 - 09 Dec 94 - Page 79
Mr. Hopkins and tie up the interlocutory loose ends.

MR. RAMPTON: I cannot at the moment call to mind any of what
those interlocutory matters might be, but I expect somebody
can tell me.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: One of them is particularly important in that
I remember there are some matters of discovery, and the
other matter which is of some importance, it seems to me,
particularly in the light we have had about amending the
Statement of Claim -- Mr. Morris has just put it on his
list -- that is issues which are raised in witness
statements but not on the formal pleadings. I do not know
what you have in mind about that, Mr. Morris, but if it is
a matter which is going to take some time, allow plenty of
time for it.

MS. STEEL: There is also the matter of the privileged document
which obviously Mr. Rampton considers is so important that
he cannot remember.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Yes, very well. We will resume at 10.30 next
Wednesday.
