     1   MR. MORRIS:  Just on paragraph 33, you have got a great amount
     2        of post-consumer recycling in Sweden; is that correct?
     3        A.  I am not sure it is all post-consumer.

     5   Q.   It says:  "... the consumer separates waste into different
     6        types".  Is that generally or just McDonald's consumers?
     7        A.  No, in McDonald's we are not doing that.  We did run a
     8        waste separation trial.  There is not currently a waste
     9        separation in McDonald's.

    11   Q.   You said that in Sweden, 97 per cent of the power for
    12        Stockholm is generated by the burning of waste, or:
    13         "Incineration accounts for about 97 per cent of the power
    14        generated by the burning of waste".  Does that mean 97 per
    15        cent of all the power for Stockholm is from incineration,
    16        or 97 per cent of the power that comes from burning of
    17        waste is due to incineration?
    18        A.  "95 (sic) per cent of the power generated is by the
    19        burning of waste", it is pretty clear.

    Q.   Which is incineration?
    22        A.  Yes.

    28        the oils, left over oils ---
    29        A.  Yes, I do.

    33        A.  I also told you I have no direct responsibility with
    34        regard to recycled oils from the restaurants.  That would
    35        come under the Operations Department, so I cannot answer
    36        you directly.
