MR. JUSTICE BELL: I will not look back at Case View but I
have noted: "There so many complaints that it was changed
to between 80 and 90 per cent"; is that wrong?

MS. STEEL: No, that is right. It is page 2, line 20; you said
that that had remained the position until today?
       A. Right.

  Q. You see under No. 3 "Recycled Materials" around the middle
of that it says: "Carry out bags are unbleached and made
from 60 to 80 per cent recycled material"?
       A. That is what it says.

  Q. Do you see that?
       A. Yes, I do.

  Q. And this document is dated on page 694 as April this year?
       A. Is it -- yes.

  Q. So would you accept Mr. Edwards appears to have got it
       wrong again?
       A. I do not know. I think you should ask Mr. Van Erp
tomorrow because he has audited this number and has the
correct information. So, if it is any different, I am sure
       he will tell you.

  Q. According to your own document, it appears that Mr. Edwards
has got it wrong, does it not?
       A. I think you can verify that by asking Mr. Van Erp.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: According to the second sheet, which is why
I asked the date, in these new papers it was 60 or 80 per
cent: "Recycled material used in 1991. Carry-out Bag A,
       80 per cent, Carry-out Bag B, 60 per cent, Carry-out Bag B,
       80 per cent, Carry-out Bag C, 60 per cent, Carry-out Bag C,
       80 per cent".

MS. STEEL: So certainly you are not in a position to confirm
what Mr. Edwards has said is right, are you?
       A. No, and I have not said that I was going to confirm
it. Mr. Van Erp made this table that you have in the
documents given to you this morning. I am sure he can
       verify what he says here.

  Q. Have you seen the documents that you were handed this
       morning?
       A. No.

  Q. You have not seen them before?
       A. I saw them this morning very briefly but I have not
       read them.

  Q. That was the first time?
       A. I was just shown the documents.

  Q. So you were not involved in getting hold of those?
       A. These documents?
