     5        A.  Yes, I see that, yes.  Ah, I see.  The finished
     6        packaging supplier is in Germany.  The person that supplies
     7        us with the french fry cartons and McNuggets cartons and
     8        the apple pie cartons.

    10   Q.   They are supplied with the paperboard by the Austrian -----
    11        A.  This is a board supplier from Austria to our supplier
    12        in Germany.

    14   MR. MORRIS:  These materials then were supplied for the UK, were
    15        they, or just for Germany?
    16        A.  No, for all of Europe -- well, I should qualify that
    17        and say the European Union rather than all of Europe.

    19   MS. STEEL:  You said that Mr. Edwards gave you the figures
    20        originally for your statement?
         A.  Yes.

    24        A.  I did.

    27        that are listed in No. 23 from A to K?
    28        A.  I actually requested the figures from the department
    29        head who would have discussed them with Mr. Edwards and
    30        then sent the information back to me.

    33        A.  Well, today it is Ted Wootton but he would not have
    34        been a department head in 1991, if that is what you are
    35        referring to.

    38        A.  Andrew Kemp-King.

         A.  No.

    44        A.  He has been in the job around two years now.

    48        A.  The information I was given I was told was correct at
    49        that time, yes.

    52        made in 1993? 
    53        A.  No, that is the original 1991 statement I am referring
    54        to.  That was not updated in 1993.

    58        A.  Well, it was updated then but that area was not
    59        updated.
