     2        objected) about tabs 4 and 5 being available in
     3        restaurants, you just gave a categoric answer to that, yes?
     4        A.  Yes.

     6   Q.   And in relation this tab 6 you said:  "I believe it was
     7        possible to get a publication such as this on application
     8        to the Communications Department".  Why the difference
     9        between the categoric answer and the less certain answer?
    10        A.  On the first question, my Lord, I recall seeing the
    11        leaflets in the restaurants.  On the second question, I do
    12        not recall seeing the leaflets in the restaurants.  I know
    13        they were available and, therefore, I would have to deduce,
    14        not being involved at that time, that these were available
    15        on application.
