Day 055 - 25 Nov 94 - Page 78

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will consider that as well. It seems to
me we are probably more productive if we come back to the
timetable. I am not stopping anyone saying anything at the
beginning of next week, but if we come back to the
timetable late on Wednesday afternoon of next week.

MS. STEEL: The only reason I am raising it is that is
Mr. Gonzales, the first witness, I think is coming from
America.

MR. RAMPTON: Yes, he is. My Lord, I am told now he is not able
to come over until Monday 12th. It is always best when
people come particularly in that direction to give them a
bit of time to recover.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I will say is that in principle I think
Ms. Steel and Mr. Morris should have two week days in
addition to any weekend days after this before we go on to
food poisoning. They do not necessarily have to be
adjacent days, so if for instance they were Thursday 8th
and Monday 12th that would count as two, but in principle
they should have two week days for preparation.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: We will start Mr. Mallinson at 10.30 on
Monday morning.

(The court adjourned until Monday, 28th November 1994).
