ones where we had debate about whether you and Mr. Morris
were approaching the matter in a correct way, were
relatively short which the witness could look at quite
quickly. But that is not the point of distinction; it is
that Mr. Rampton is putting expert reports to someone you
yourself have called as an expert in that field.

MS. STEEL: I am not objecting to them being put to her; I am
just concerned about -- well, I have said what my concerns
       are.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: You have raised it. I have not seen
anything -- certainly Mr. Rampton has done nothing which
       can be criticised this afternoon.

MR. MORRIS: Are we going to try to sort out when Ms. Dibb can
       come back?

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Are we likely to have time towards the end of
next week or, rather, the week after?

MS. STEEL: There was something else I was going to say about
that. Mr. Rampton is saying about our witnesses being on
that week but, given that Siddique, Mallinson, Stump and
Oakley have all been put out of where they were supposed to
be, I would imagine that some of them are going to be going
to over to the following week.

  MR. RAMPTON: No.

MS. STEEL: So what is going to happen with them?

MR. RAMPTON: I will finish Mr. Oakley if he goes over into that
week, but I am not going to call any other of my so-called
recycling and waste witnesses during that week.

MS. STEEL: We will not want to call Mr. McIntyre until after
Mr. Siddique and Mr. Mallinson have given evidence.

MR. RAMPTON: I am happy about that. That is problems of environment/index.html">litter
       at the King's Road.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Mr. Siddique, was he not a manager of the one
       of the -----

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, yes, there was a squabble between
McDonald's and the local residents at the King's Road
store. Mr. Siddique was the manager, Mr. Stump now is.
Mr. McIntyre was one of the antagonists. There was a
       squabble.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: There is no reason why you should not call
any of your witnesses in relation to recycling and waste,
save the ones who deal with the King's Road, or whatever
the side road was off the King's Road, because Mr. Siddique
and Mr. Stump -- you have a gentleman as well?

  MR. MORRIS: Mr. Hopkins.

MR. RAMPTON: Hopkins is the tree man.
