warning that she was going to be cross-examined on them.
It may not be productive of time to be knocking down
skittles which may never be put up. If Mr. Rampton does
cross-examine Ms. Dibb on them and you feel that there is a
matter which she has not of her own initiative adverted to
in answering Mr. Rampton's questions, them you ask them in
       re-examination.

MS. STEEL: I think that was raised because it was relevant to
what Mr. Miles had said about there not being many
       complaints about nutrition.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Very well. But bear it mind, if you had it
in mind to ask about the other one.

MR. MORRIS: I think I will leave the other one, then. Maybe it
would be a good time to break.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest is that -----

MR. RAMPTON: My Lord, I suggest that those documents go as 15
and 16 at the back of the second volume -- I hesitate to
give them a colour -- the second volume of Ms. Dibb's
       references.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: Have you got dividers with numbers on?

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

MR. JUSTICE BELL: What I suggest is that we resume at
two o'clock, but if the photocopies can be brought back by
someone at ten to two, in an hour's time, the court will be
unlocked at ten to two so that copies can be handed round.
Can your side see to that, Mr. Rampton?

  MR. RAMPTON: Yes.

                      (Luncheon Adjournment)
                                                    2.00 p.m..

MR. MORRIS: If we can work from the MORI survey report, the
questions as outlined on pages 1 and 2 to you by MORI, yes,
that is the summary, those are the actual four questions,
       are they?
       A. Yes. The results are presented in tabulated form, and
MORI provided a summary, a brief summary, of some of the
main findings on pages 1 and 2.

  Q. Is that the standard procedure to an organisation that
       sponsors a whole-----
       A. I understand it to be.

  Q. Is that which you based your report on the whole findings
which was approved by MORI; is that correct?
       A. Indeed. The National Food Alliance wanted to be able
to provide something that was accessible without having to
interpret tables; and, for that purpose, we provided this
four page summary sheet, which was checked by MORI and
approved by MORI before it was made available.
