     2   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  I know, but it helps to know where we have
     3        it, quite frankly.  It is not as if this is a case with six
     4        documents in it.

     6   MR. RAMPTON:  My Lord, I am willing to surrender mine, if this
     7        is Slugger.  It was with Dr. Barnard's last minute
     8        references.  I cannot remember what the allegation was
     9        about this.

    11   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  The gist of it was "beef building up your
    12        strength".  (Handed to the witness)  Mr. Green, just take a
    13        moment to read through it.

    15   MR. RAMPTON:  My Lord, it was number 10.  There was a
    16        handwritten list of new references for Dr. Barnard.  I put
    17        them behind his statement when I got them.  Perhaps
    18        I should not have done.  It was number 10 on that
    19        handwritten list.

    25   MR. MORRIS:  (To the witness)  This ad in National Nutrition
    26        Week shows the healthful or, what is the word,
    27        strength-building properties of what you call the meat
    28        group; yes?

    32        A.  From my point of view, I am not exactly sure whether
    33        this was a part of the packaging for the premium or whether
    34        this was an ad.  So I can only tell you by reading what
    35        I believe it is.

    37   MR. MORRIS:   Yes.  But the message of the ad is -- I cannot
    38        remember now.  Does it say something about helping you to
    39        ride your bike further and jump higher?  Is that the
    40        particular one, or am I getting confused?

    42   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  "Foods in the meats and proteins group give
    43        your body the tools it needs to help you grow and build
    44        healthy muscles.  Eating 2 servings a day of these foods
    45        can make it easier to do things like climb higher and ride
    46        your bike farther."
