     4        turn comes.  If Mr. Rampton, you having mentioned it,
              cares to pick it up, if this witness knows, then that is
     5        up to him.
 
     6   MS. STEEL:   We did ask Mr. Preston and did he not know.
 
     7   MR. RAMPTON:  I am sure Dr. Gregory does not know its date.
 
     8   MR. JUSTICE BELL:  If you have questions like that which a
              particular witness cannot answer, but you think someone in
     9        an executive position in either the first plaintiff or the
              second plaintiff can, then again make some kind of star on
    10        your notes so you can come back to it.
 
         It occurred to me after our discussion last night it may
              not be a good reason for delaying those two witnesses we
    12        were talking about, but one advantage of them coming back
              later rather than sooner is that you or, for that matter,
    13        Mr. Rampton can put these loose ends to them.  As I say,
              that may not be a good reason for calling them much later,
    14        but it will mean, after they have been recalled and that
              is it, you will not have then to put loose ends to them.
