STOCKHOLM - Hamburger giant McDonald's will next month take to
the Swedish snow slopes and open the world's first fast-food ski-through.
A company spokesman said on Thursday its "McSki" branch would serve burgers, French fries and drinks at the popular family resort of Lindvallen in Sweden starting December 7. "No need to take off your skis. You just ski up to the counter, order your food and ski off," the spokesman told Reuters. Customers not in a hurry will also be catered for in a 140-seat restaurant. |
