I simply don't believe you!

So you got the entire crew together, got the store managers, showed everybody the financial figures for the stores including income & expenditure, profit, wage bill etc and then together decided what the stores can afford paying their crew. Right? Well, I for one don't believe you! And if you were such a democratic manager, why not simply increase their wages instead of giving the bonus? Isn't it because size of bonus is not fixed and is entirely up to you. And what was the minimum hourly wage of your crew and how did it compare with your own or other managers'? Was your crew unionised and when deciding on the wage rate were union representatives present.

These are the sort of questions all McD managers shy away from answering despite their claims of "fair & democratic" treatment of their staff. Let's hope we have better luck with you.
