> We are not bad people. We care about the well-being of our employees. We

> some of us get a little pissed off. Did I make an image of McDonald's managers or even other employees of multinationals to be monsters? If you feel that I'm implying that then you are dead wrong.I've known managers of these kind of establishments and there are quite a few good people in them. For instance , I think Peter Janssens is most likely a very well meaning individual. He may have a skewed sense of democracy (in my opinion) but he sounds sincere
in his beliefs.
What does make multinational corporations bad is their policies and
their is a wide body of evidence to back that up.Also, they (managers)
are under a lot of pressure to produce more and more to the point that even their own health is jeopardized. Think of the times when you've been under stress from upper management and all you could do is keep working at your job. I don't feel that it was a very democratic situation that you were in when it's like that.
None.
